「這是我第一次瑜珈啊~ 晚上真的睡得很好, 原來有好多條肌肉及筋骨都係平時做運動訓練不到, 好似搵返佢地返來咁….哈哈~ 真的很得意及舒服的感覺。… 最初做完第一堂, 會覺得好似額外做左運動咁..但係一個月後, 當你喚醒左身體後, 身體便會告訴你哪處需要伸展一下, 哪裡要休息多點, 我覺得係一種重拾與身體溝通的感覺。這樣更加能夠維持身心健康。」

It is with great pleasure that I, on behalf of the ‘City University Mental Health Ambassadors (2013-2014), write this letter to express our sincere gratitude for your kind support of being the guest host of the “Laughing for Stress Management” workshop during the Mental Health Week 2013-2014.
