Ms. Natalie Lui

Registered Social Worker, Senior Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher, Ex-Secondary School Teacher
In her stay in Hong Kong Association of Specific Learning Disabilities, she is the experienced trainer for teacher training and stress management facilitator in the parents support group.
She learnt from Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga, in India. After that, she travelled to the World Capital of Yoga, Rishikesh, to complete her Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training. She is the founder of YOGAMATE and Laughter Yoga Hong Kong Meetup Group to promote laughing and positive psychology in the community. Since February 2012, Natalie conducted more than 150 laughing workshop & classes in different organizations and companies such as DHL, Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearings Ltd, Hong Kong Baptist University, Vocational Training Council (Haking Wong), Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital Community & Patient Resource Department, Social Welfare Department, Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group and Yan Oi Tong.
Since 2014, Natalie Started the Train the Trainer programme, and till mid of 2015, she trained around 100 laughter yoga leaders in Hong Kong. Institutes such as Hong Kong Polytechnics University and Yan Chai Hospital also jointly organized the train the trainer programme for their staff.
Other than laughing workshop, she also joint together with companies in different sectors to promote Laughter Yoga as the special project, such as I’mperfect Laughter Club with Design House Co-Design I’mperfect Project, and Photozontal Laughter Club with App Company Idea Bloc.
In 2015, Natalie also received the Laughter Yoga Ambassador Certificate presented by the Laughter Yoga University in India, as to award her effort in promoting and sharing laughter yoga in Hong Kong. She is the first Laughter Yoga Ambassador in Hong Kong and in Asia.
Ms. Amy Chan
Counseling Psychologist, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Registered Yoga Teacher, Art Therapist
After her academic training as the Counseling Psychologist in Hong Kong, she has her professional training of Art Therapy under the direct tutorship from the Japanese Art Therapist Rieko Y. Mitani, and her hatha yoga teacher training from Yoga Master Yogaraj C.P., the genius record holder of the King of Asana. She completed her Laughter Yoga Leader Training from YOGAMATE Hong Kong in 2014.
With her professional background in Counselling psychology training in Hong Kong and her research background on Education and psychology in Hong Kong, she is now dedicated her career in using Laughter Yoga, Art Therapy and Hatha Yoga to help working adults and families to find their balance in physical, mental and emotional health. She have worked with different universities and organizations such as St. James Settlement, Shue Yan University and City University of Hong Kong with her newly developed Body-Mind-Spirit Love Yourself Programme.
Mr. Alex Lo
Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, BSocs (Hons) in Psychology, Current student of MSsc. in Social Work (CUHK)
Alex with his background in Psychology training, and his interest in finding the ways to help people to reduce stress and be happy. In 2014, he conducted a pilot research on Laughter Yoga in helping people to allivate depression, with positive result. After that, he completed his Laughter Yoga Leader Training with YOGAMATE in 2014, and conduct different laughter yoga workshop at different organization,schools and companies such as Manulife, Yan Oi Tong and SKH in Hong Kong. As a social worker student, he also conduct the Laughter Yoga Workshop and Group activities for families in Macau with very positive feedbacks.
Ms. Chan Ching
Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, BSocs (Hons) in Psychology, Current student of MSsc. in Cultural studies (Lingnan University)
Ching attained her Laughter Yoga Leader Training at YOGAMATE in 2014, and she conducted the research of how laughter yoga helps the elderly in boosting mood, with a very positive result. Since then, she is active is leading various laughter yoga sessions for staff training, women, elderly and kids in NGOs and private education sector. With her creativity and energy, she boost the happiness level of different clients, and with very positive feedbacks from them.
