導師資歷
YOGAMATE的團隊為School of Laughter Yoga CLYT® 認可國際註冊愛笑瑜伽導師、Yoga Alliance RYT®認可註冊瑜伽導師以及專業香港註冊社工和教育工作者。愛笑瑜伽導師都是跟從愛笑瑜伽始創宗師Dr. Madan Kartaria，於瑜伽發源地號稱世界瑜伽之都─ 印度的Rishikesh受訓。
